to Success Myro manufactured and distributed caulk replacement and application tools, including such products as Caulkstrip, Putty Buddy and Better Bead. When purchased out of bankruptcy, Myro was losing operating profit and sales were in decline. Within the first year of our ownership, Myro achieved earnings of nearly $1.5 million, by completely reorganizing the sourcing and manufacturing operation, upgrading merchandising vehicles, and restructuring the sales network – thus achieving a 12% annual sales growth in an industry with annual sales growth of 3%. Myro became the market leader in caulk replacement and application tools. |
